Description

Acrylic melamine bake clear coat used as protective coat over the printing on tin or steel or aluminium sheets.

• Viscosity: 100 -120 sec @ 25 ^oC ( ford cup 4 )
• Flash Point: 42 ^oC
• Gloss level: > 85^o @ the angle 60^o

Application

• Can coating and related applications
• Method of Application: Spray or Roller coating
• Recommended film thickness: Wet: 10 – 17 g/m²
• Dry: 4 – 7 g/m^{2Stoving Schedule}
• 10 minutes @ 200 ^oC
• 20 minutes @ 140 ^oC
